The Performance Engineer provide all necessary Operations Engineering and Navigation support for safe and efficient operations of aircraft. She/he assists the Flight Operations department on route optimization, aircraft performance analysis and flight planning system administration in order to constantly improve efficiency of current flight operations. The Performance Engineer supports the Flight Operations Manager. The job holder is required to co-ordinate with all concerned departments like Engineering, Dispatch, Compliance Monitoring, and Safety in order to find and implement the most optimum solution for given problems.
The Avionics Engineer is responsible for the avionics engineering activities on Challenge Group aircraft. She/he focuses on providing Engineering support and expertise to the Group’s Technical Operations organization. The Avionics Engineer oversees specialized aircraft, and component repairs, modifications, and troubleshooting accomplished on the fleet related to her/his assigned domain of expertise.
AMOS Technical Record Specialist
The AMOS Technical Record Specialist is responsible to upload on continuing airworthiness data in AMOS for all aircraft in the Group’s fleet. She/he acts to perform records data entry for the entire Challenge Group fleet in AMOS software.
The Maintenance Controller, sits in the Maintenance Control Centre (MCC) and is part of a team of specialists, who oversees the daily technical operations the Group’s aircraft fleet. The MCC’s responsibility is to operate as the central hub of maintenance operations and the primary task of the MCC is to ensure maximum fleet availability, by effectively and efficiently managing all planned and unplanned maintenance. The Maintenance Control Centre is operational 24 x 7.
