Ground Operations Officer

The Ground Operations Officer plays a key role in supporting the daily operation flow of the Ground Operations Department. A worldwide all-cargo airline is an ever-changing environment which brings new challenges every day.

Engineering Manager

The Challenge Group is a fast-growing cargo airline, with AOC's established in Israel, Malta and Belgium. As part of its growth plans, the Group is establishing a centralized engineering department, which will be responsible for all engineering activities across the three AOCs. The Engineering Department will be located at Challenge Airlines (BE) headquarters in Liege. As part of this expansion, we are looking for a dedicated and experience Engineering Manager who can help us setup and grow the division.

Avionics Engineer

The Avionics Engineer is responsible for the avionics engineering activities on Challenge Group aircraft. She/he focuses on providing Engineering support and expertise to the Group’s Technical Operations organization. The Avionics Engineer oversees specialized aircraft, and component repairs, modifications, and troubleshooting accomplished on the fleet related to her/his assigned domain of expertise

System and Structures Engineer

The Systems and Structures Engineer is responsible for the systems and structure engineering activities on Challenge Group aircraft. She/he focuses on providing Engineering support and expertise to the Group’s Technical Operations organization. The Systems and Structures Engineer oversees specialized aircraft, and component repairs, modifications, and troubleshooting accomplished on the fleet related to her/his assigned domain of expertise.

Aircraft Maintenance Program and Reliability Engineer

The Aircraft Maintenance Program and Reliability Engineer is responsible for the maintenance programs and for reliability analysis of systems, powerplant, and components for all aircraft in the Group’s fleet. The Aircraft Maintenance Program and Reliability Engineer acts as an interface between internal departments and external providers. The Aircraft Maintenance Program and Reliability Engineer develops short and long-term enhancement plans to improve the effectiveness of the maintenance program, increase aircraft availability and reduce delays.
